I leave the jar in the bathroom and when I use the "pap" by mixing 2 tablespoons of powder and 2 teaspoons of oil, normally used to Olys or seeds that are found in all supermarkets, or 2 teaspoons of yogurt.

The smell I love so much. The next time I add a little 'cocoa to make mokaccino ;-) or a little' vanilla essence.

A very gentle scrub to use even for the face you can do with the bran and oil of your choice (you can also use nourishing jojoba if you want even after a day in the sun, but any oil is fine), or a gentle cleaning can replace oil yogurt.

Instructions: Once the mixture made by mixing the ingredients, distribute it on damp skin if you want to helping you with a sponge or a glove. If you can let it act for 10 minutes, then rinse thoroughly, if you prefer you can wash with soap, but is not required.
