COD AND CAULIFLOWER

Ingredients for 6 persons: 800 gr
cod soaked - 800 grams of cauliflower - 1 dl. of extra virgin olive oil - ½ cup of vinegar - just enough lemon juice, salt, pepper and chopped parsley

Preparation: Cut into pieces the
